20 founders, 5 days, one resort in Phuket. Mornings are for your business: a mastermind, a hot seat and a 1:1 with our business coach on the exact thing that's stuck. Afternoons are the sea, the spa or nothing at all. Evenings are three-hour dinners with 19 women who came alone too. You leave with a 90-day plan, brand photos, and the group chat you'll still be in next year.

Everyone comes alone
All 20 founders arrive on their own — no plus-ones, no pre-made cliques. Day one starts with introductions and a seated dinner where you meet everyone, so by 10pm you already know who does what.
Conversations that go somewhere
Masterminds of 5 to 6 founders, 90 minutes each: one woman puts her real numbers on the table, the others give concrete answers. Everyone is selected on stage and bottleneck, not follower count.
Friendships, not contacts
No badges, no pitch rounds. You spend a full day on a catamaran and four dinners with the same 19 women — that's where the referrals, the swapped clients and the two-person projects come from.
Women who have already done it
Emmanuelle, our business mentor, is on site all week: she runs the masterminds and the hot seats, and gives every founder a private 1:1 on her own numbers.
Permission to slow down
Three hours of work a day, and that's it. From 1pm the afternoon is yours: pool, massage, boat or your room. Nothing is compulsory after lunch.
Bring your kids
Family is part of our values — building something big shouldn't mean leaving your children behind. Bring them: full-day Kids Care is available on site (optional supplement), so you can be all-in in the room and all-in with them at dinner.

Who's coming?
Women at different stages. Some are launching. Some are hitting their first 100K. Some already run much bigger companies. We're not trying to build a group where everyone has exactly the same revenue — we build groups around your stage, your bottlenecks, your ambitions, your experience and what you can bring to the others. The point isn't to meet “founders”. It's to meet the right founders for you.
Is this a business seminar?
No. You will work on your business. But you'll also go out on a boat, laugh, eat extremely well, discover Phuket, get time alone and meet women you'd probably never have crossed paths with. Because you can be ambitious and still want a very good holiday. That's exactly the point.
How do you welcome us on arrival?
Airport pickup in Phuket is included — a host is waiting for you and takes you to the hotel. Once the edition is confirmed you're added to the group WhatsApp, so you meet the other founders before you even pack, and the Chillz team is on-site throughout.
Can I bring my children?
Yes — and we're genuinely happy when you do. Family is part of our values, so mothers are welcome to come with their children. A professional Kids Care service is available all day, every day of the edition, as an optional supplement: games, pool time, activities and naps handled while you're in your sessions, with the little ones back with you for dinner and evenings. Tell us your children's ages when you apply and we'll send you the details and the exact price.
Do I have to come alone?
Yes — and so is everyone else. You'll never be “the one who knows nobody”. A few weeks before departure we open the group WhatsApp, so you've already started getting to know each other before you land.
Can I work while I'm there?
Yes. The wifi is good, there are quiet corners and you'll have free time. So if your team needs you, you can answer. But if nobody calls you for five days — we call that a win.
Is my business far enough along?
Maybe. Maybe not. But there's no magic number. We look at your path, what you're building, your ambitions and what you can bring to the group. So if you're thinking “I want to be there” — apply.
Why do I have to apply?
Because the people make the experience. It's that simple. We'd rather take two minutes to understand who you are than sell the 20 spots to the first click.
